Design Optimization

  • Visa Cash App RB provided CAD files and detailed specifications, including load cases.
  • Continuous fiber paths were optimized to achieve significant weight reduction while maintaining structural integrity.

Advanced Fiber Placement

  • Holy's Infinite Fiber Placement (IFP) technology precisely placed fibers on the double-curved 3D geometry to handle specific load cases.
  • Reinforced holes, undercuts, and localized thickness adjustments were seamlessly integrated into the preform design.

Sustainability in Action

  • The original component was fully recycled, with materials repurposed for new design iterations.
  • Second life fibers were reused for mirror casings, meeting the same high-quality standards, even in their second life.
